furniture :: chummy seating

I love this award winning seating called Confluences by Philippe Nigro for Ligne Roset. Colorful, a bit eccentric in design and lookin' cozy!

Introduced at the 2009 ICFF, each component of Confluences seating combines varying heights, depths and angles to create a variety of seating layouts in an unconventional way. Just like a puzzle, the colorful non-symetrical pieces can be pieced together to form two, three or four seater sofas with a chaise option. Another plus? The covers are completely removable and are offered in a variety of fabrics and colors. I like that! This JUST COOL design was recoginized as a Red Dot Best of the Best distinction and received "A Young Design Award", awarded to designers under 35, at the Milan Furniture Fair
